About Me

With over 15 years of experience in the creative industry, I have operated as an independent freelance Interactive Designer and Developer for the past 7 years specialising in websites, interactive installation software, mobile apps, games and e-learning software.

Prior to going freelance, I have worked at interactive software and media design consultancy Studiosimple where I was responsible for the development of numerous interactive installations in high profile exhibitions and museums including the British Music Experience, the Eurostar departures hall at St. Pancras and the National Waterfront Museum in Swansea. I was also an E-Learning Developer at Kingston University, where I designed and developed academic e-learning resources and tools for a large variety of subject areas and courses.

I graduated from Falmouth College of Arts in BA(Hons) Graphic Design (First Class), during which time I was also awarded a Membership to the International Society of Typographic Designers; and from Southampton Institute with an MA in Interactive Production (Distinction).

I am passionate about the technical as well as the design aspects of software development and particularly enjoy projects where I can be involved on both sides. On larger projects or if a project requires specialist skills, I often collaborate with other experts to deliver innovative and professional design and technical solutions.
