Killer Cells
Centre of the Cell
Information
Killer Cells is an interactive science game where players take on the role of biomedical researchers engineering a patient’s own immune cells to combat cancer. Players use a virtual touchscreen joystick, to pilot their cell through progressive testing environments, from computer simulations (in silico) and cell cultures (in vitro) to living mammal circulatory systems (in vivo) and finally in patient. Across each stage, players must destroy cancer cells while preserving healthy tissue, earning research points to upgrade essential attributes like stamina, motility, cytokine production, and perforin concentration.
